Order Processing Time

Your orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days, except the customised products which may take 7 or more days depending on the level of work needed.

Domestic Shipping

  • Domestic shipping is FREE on ALL orders above INR 599. 
  • Cash on Delivery (CoD) is available.
  • Most of the orders get delivered within 7 days of dispatch.
  • We use Shiprocket and Delhivery as our shipping partners.
  • For all shipping related queries, please email at care@thejottingdots.com. Please mention your order number for order reference.
  • You will receive the tracking link on email/whatsApp after the dispatch process is initiated.

International Shipping

  • Most of the orders get delivered within 7- 21 days, depending on the location.
  • You will receive tracking information once the order is shipped.
  • We ship through Fedex and Amarex via Delhivery.

Customs and other fees

  • The Jotting Dots is not to be held responsible for any custom duties, VAT fees or charges levied on the shipment. This will have to be paid by the customer. We do not control and are not liable for any additional taxes or charges levied by your country on imports (as a buyer, you are considered an importer). 

No cash on delivery option available for international shipping.
